Se fríe con su misma grasa y se degusta con pan, el suri también es colocado en un palito cual anticucho atravesado se coloca a la parrilla. Por ahora solo miro y me da mucha curiosidad y a la vez un poco de "asco" :) a ese paso no se cuando los probare...
